Retail sales associate — Pithoragarh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail sales associate in Pithoragarh, State of Uttarakhand. You will be based in a shopping mall outlet. The role involves: • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor • Prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints Ideally you have accurate in handling cash; strong spoken communication and persuasion skills; willing to work on a commission/incentive basis. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
