Bakery assistant — Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Grant County, Oklahoma. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
