Grill cook wanted in Jere

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Jere, Borno State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
