Grill cook wanted in Edwards County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Edwards County, Kansas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
