Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Arthur County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
