Pastry baker — Tsanyawa

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Tsanyawa, Kano State. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
