Bar waiter • Gashaka, Taraba State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Gashaka, Taraba State. You will work in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Overtime paid at a premium rate.
