Prep cook — Tipton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Tipton County, Indiana. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
