Articulated lorry driver wanted in Ahoada East

We are recruiting: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Ahoada East, Rivers State. You will work on long-haul routes across the country. What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦95,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
