Bread baker wanted in Afikpo North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Afikpo North, Ebonyi State. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
