Oven operator — Hall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Hall County, Nebraska. You will be based in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
