Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should bring knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
