Pot washer wanted in Jere

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Jere, Borno State. Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 5+ years on the tools preferred.
