Great opportunity: dough maker (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Trimble County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off.
