Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Mashi, Katsina State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
