Abattoir worker wanted in Donga

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Donga, Taraba State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
