What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • A good head for heights and steady balance On the job you will handle: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Insulate and ventilate the roof void Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
