Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds 4+ years on the tools preferred.
