Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Lafayette County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
