Immediate opening: commis chef (Akwa Ibom State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Abak, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
