Vacancy available: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Merrick County, Nebraska. On the job you will handle: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Strong attention to safety and load limits 6+ years on the tools preferred.
