Urgent requirement: head baker (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Mitchell County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
