Immediate opening: short order cook (Sokoto State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Illela, Sokoto State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
