Fry cook wanted in Harrison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Harrison County, Iowa. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
