We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Addison County, Vermont. The job is at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
