What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
