Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Berkeley County, West Virginia. You will be based in a café. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
