Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Igabi, Kaduna State. You will be based at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking Full-time with occasional weekends.
