Now hiring: fettler (Osun State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fettler in Orolu, Osun State. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. Your main tasks: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry ₦140,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
