Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Gummi, Zamfara State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Rotating shifts.
