Kitchen cook — Ikorodu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ikorodu, Lagos State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Rotating shifts. We offer ₦210,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
