Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Khana, Rivers State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred.
