Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Nasarawa, Nasarawa State. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
