Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Wright County, Minnesota. The job is at a road and highway construction project. You will grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
