Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Ikono, Akwa Ibom State. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
