Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Chandel, Manipur. You should bring previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; punctual, reliable and hard-working; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
