We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Kit Carson County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
