Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Sterling County, Texas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
