Canteen cook — Oye

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Oye, Ekiti State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
