Join our team: we are hiring a telesales agent in Gummi, Zamfara State. You will work at a car dealership. Day to day you will punch orders into the billing/POS system; collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; negotiate prices and close the deal; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of the local language and market • Accurate in handling cash • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
