Bread and bun maker wanted in Duval County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Duval County, Florida. The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred.
