Tandoor cook — Igabi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Igabi, Kaduna State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
