Surface coating operator — Logan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Logan County, Ohio. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
