What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
