Gantry crane operator wanted in Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Marion County, Indiana. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
