Now hiring: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Bida, Niger State. The job is at a container port and shipping yard. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Full-time, day shift.
