Great opportunity: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
