We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Cache County, Utah. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
