Grill cook wanted in Ika

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Ika, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Part-time with flexible hours.
