Kitchen cook wanted in Ila

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ila, Osun State. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
